How to setup customer account
| * Please provide us with the following information and fax them to 714-908-7139 |
- A copy of the business license or seller permit.
(for DBA or different company name, please provide a copy of your tax ID)
- Account application and credit card information.
- If the name on the credit card does not match the name on the business
license or owner information, please fax a copy of the cardholder ID/driver license.
- Supporting documentation: business card or website address if necessary.
* Your application will be reviewed and process within 3-4
business days. Application without trade reference will take longer
to process.
If the business license
is not for the tropical marine livestocks industry, we will not
process your application. There will be no exceptions !
